Shipping Policy

At Fresh Delights, we understand that receiving your cake on time and in perfect condition is crucial for your celebrations. This policy outlines our delivery process, areas we serve, and what you can expect when you order from us.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery services exclusively within Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and its immediate suburbs.

If you are unsure whether we deliver to your specific location, please contact our support team at +91 63747 94642 before placing your order.

2. Delivery Timings

We offer the following delivery slots to ensure your cake arrives fresh:

  • Standard Delivery: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Morning Delivery: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM (Additional charges may apply)
  • Midnight Delivery: 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Additional charges may apply)

Please select your preferred delivery slot at checkout. While we strive to deliver within the chosen slot, heavy traffic or adverse weather conditions may cause slight delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery distance from our bakery in Narasimhanaickenpalayam.

  • Free Delivery: For orders above ₹1000 within a 5km radius.
  • Standard Delivery Fee: A flat rate of ₹50 applies for orders below ₹1000 or distances between 5-10km.
  • Distance Surcharge: For deliveries beyond 10km, an additional charge of ₹10 per km may apply.

The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you proceed to payment.

4. Same-Day Delivery

We accept same-day delivery orders for select standard cakes if placed before 4:00 PM. Custom cakes or large orders typically require at least 24 hours' notice.

5. Delivery Process

To ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate address, including landmarks.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order during the selected time slot.
  • Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you if they cannot locate the address. If the recipient is unavailable, we cannot attempt redelivery for fresh food items, and no refund will be provided.

6. Damaged Items

While we take utmost care in packaging and handling, accidents can happen. If your cake arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 1 hour of delivery. Refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.
